I am what I am
The Rebbe MaMash points out that the first word of the first commandment "I am the Lord you God, is Anochi, aleph, nun, caf, yud, which means "I am", and refers to Gods very essence. Interestingly, and strangely, the midrash Tanchuma states that the word Anochi is of Egyptian origin. How is that possible? The Rebbe teaches that davka in the lowest place, which is represented by Miztrayim, is where we need to reveal that which is highest, which is Gods very essence.
So if that was not enough, the Aron Eidus similarly asks about the word Anochi. Why not use the simpler language of Ani, aleph, nun, yud? The reason is that the word Anochi is the gematria of the word for nature, Teva, tet, bais, ayin. This teaches that all of nature is godliness. Even though that something may appear "natural", it really is only the power of God dressed in nature. The Rebbe said that every Jew must believe this because it is the essential foundation of emunah.
